I migrated to Telluride Colorado almost two decades ago from Vermont in search of big wild spaces and adventure. I still feel like I have just scratched the surface in exploring the San Juans, which is one of the main attributes that I love so much about these jagged peaks that surround my home. At some point soon after I planted my feet in Colorado I began photographing my adventures and surrounding landscape in an effort show family and friends back home the beauty of the area. My photography turned into an obsession and then my career. Adventure travel and exploring wild corners of the earth has dominated my life in the last 15 years but I still treasure days spent in the mountains and rivers around Telluride. I have an affinity for doing very stupid things to find big wild fish to cast a fly at and probably take way too many photos of them.
