Free Shipping on orders over $100!

If your order meets or exceeds $100 before taxes, you will receive FREE ground shipping. Please choose the FREE ground shipping option during checkout, or call 800-265-STIO to receive this offer by phone.

The Stio distribution center is in California. All orders placed by 11 a.m. MST (Mountain Standard Time) Monday – Friday will be shipped within 24 business hours, and after 11 a.m. MST will ship within 48 business hours.

Stio ships via FedEx exclusively.
  • FedEx Ground® shipments will arrive in 3-5 business days depending on proximity from our warehouse.
  • FedEx Express Saver® shipments will arrive in 3 business days.
  • FedEx 2Day® shipments will arrive in 2 business days.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight® shipments will arrive next business day.
  • Stio cannot ship to USPS Post Office Boxes.
  • Stio cannot process Canadian or other International orders at this time.
  • Stio is happy to arrange a shipment to any member of the United States Armed Forces or Diplomatic Services via APO/FPO/DPO addresses. To process an order to a member of the United States Armed Forces or Diplomatic Services please call Stio Customer Service at 1-800-265-7846 or email customerservice@stio.com.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged a flat rate of $8 for USPS Priority Mail shipping. Delivery may take up to 10 business days from the ship date.

Please note that StioSphere members do not qualify for all shipping promotions and discounts.

Returns

The Stio Guarantee

Life is complicated enough so let’s keep it simple. Stio wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All Stio products are fully warranted to the original owner against manufacturers’ defects in materials and workmanship.

Returns

We sincerely hope that your Stio product will accompany you throughout your daily life, but if it’s not the right fit for you we will most certainly accept returns of clean, unworn, unwashed, unaltered items for a refund. Returns must be made within 60 days of the purchase date.

To return an item, simply adhere the prepaid FedEx return label provided in your original order to the return box. Then contact Stio Customer Service via email at customerservice@stio.com or by phone at 1-800-265-STIO and let us know what you would like to return. You will then be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number to write on the outside of the return box. Please do not return an item without an RA number as this will make it very difficult for Stio to track and process your return in a timely manner.

If you are interested in exchanging an item, please let customer service know at the time that you request your RA number. They will be happy to place a new order for the replacement item.

Please note that use of the prepaid FedEx shipping label will deduct $6.95 from your total order refund.

Please allow two-three weeks for your return and refund to be processed.

All final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

Stio is happy to honor price adjustments on full-price merchandise within seven days of the mail-order ship date. Items bought at a discounted price are not eligible for price adjustments.
