Shipping to the Contiguous United States

Stio ships via FedEx to the contiguous United States.

Please note: FedEx cannot deliver to USPS Post Office Boxes.


Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

Stio ships via $8 flat-rate USPS Priority Mail to Alaska and Hawaii.

Please note: delivery may take up to 10 business days from the ship date.


Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

To arrange a shipment to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, please contact Stio Customer Service at 800.265.7846.


Shipping Timelines

FedEx Ground® shipments will deliver in 5-7 business days.

FedEx Express Saver® shipments will deliver in 3-5 business days.

FedEx 2Day® shipments will deliver 2 business days after the ship date. Orders placed before 12PM MST will ship same-day; orders placed after 12PM MST will ship the following day.

FedEx Overnight® shipments will deliver 1 business day after the ship date. Orders placed before 12PM MST will ship same-day; orders placed after 12PM MST will ship the following day.


Returns

The Stio Guarantee

Life is complicated enough, so we’ll keep it simple. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All Stio products are fully warranted to the original owner against manufacturers’ defects in materials & workmanship. Should you find a defect in a product you purchased upon delivery, please contact Stio Customer Service.

Return Policy

We sincerely hope that your Stio product will accompany you throughout your daily life, but if it’s not the right fit for you we will most certainly accept returns of clean, unworn, unwashed and unaltered items for a refund. Returns must be made within 60 days of the purchase date. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Instructions

STEP 1: Locate the Pick No. on your Stio Packing Slip.

STEP 2: Write the Pick No. on the outside of the return package.

STEP 3: Affix the prepaid FedEx label* to the return package.

STEP 4: Drop the return package off at any FedEx Ship Center or Drop Box.

*Please note that use of the enclosed return shipping label will deduct $6.95 from your total refund.

Exchanges

Please contact Stio Customer Service to exchange an item for a different size or color. Return shipping and ground shipping fees are waived for exchanges.

Price Adjustments

Stio is happy to honor price adjustments on full-price merchandise within seven days of the mail-order ship date. Items bought at a discounted price are not eligible for price adjustments.
