At Stio we believe balance is the key, how do you practice balance in your day to day life?
Balance can actually be tough for me, because work and play often meld together. But first and foremost I love the outdoors, so I make sure to maintain time in nature without my camera and without others, I will always cherish the feeling of solitude. In my day to day life, healthy food and gym time are key, even during ski season I find myself in the gym 3-4 days per week and that time has become a part of my life I'm unwilling to sacrifice, it keeps my mind in check more than anything.
What does "Let The Outside In" mean to you?
The outdoors are where I thrive, where I feel most present, and have been the driving force behind almost any major life decision I've ever made. Following the outdoors is the reason I've been able to craft a life I enjoy living.
