Exchanges within the same style (ex. exchange for a new size or color) can be done through our returns & exchange portal at www.stio.com/returns-exchanges
For exchanging one style for another, start by contacting our Customer Experience Team to get free shipping and avoid return processing fees.
Exchange Portal Rules & Restrictions
- Exchanges window same as return window (within 30 days of the purchase date) unless otherwise stated
- Exchanges subject to All Sales Final rules
- Exchanges will honor the purchase price a customer paid in their original order including any discounts/promos
- Exchange orders will only reserve your items and ship out once the items you are returning have been scanned by the carrier. The faster you ship back your return, the better chance your exchange items will be available and will arrive sooner.
- Exchanges limited to styles with 10 or more items in stock. This is to ensure your items don't go out of stock before you send back your return.
- Returns of exchanges will be refunded to the customer’s original form of payment
- Gift Exchanges are only available for shipping addresses within the same state
- Returns of a gift exchange will be refunded to a gift card sent to the gift email address provided
- Exchanges of exchanges and returns of exchanges are permitted
- You can always return and repurchase your items outside of our exchange portal if you cannot meet the above restrictions.
