Favorite backpack for wet outdoor activites.
Review by MS

I have been looking for a backpack I can take hunting in the fall and steelhead fishing in the winter. The CFS Backpack really fits the bill. The first day of use the weather went from pouring rain to heavy snow in a period of hours and this thing kept all my extra clothes and gear bone dry. The zipper at the top does a great job as extra protection from the elements. As the temps droped this bag maintains pliability and all the outside attachment points are a life saver for quickaccess gear. Speaking of gear, this thing hold a suprising amount of stuff! Although I have not taken a dip in the river while fishing with this (yet) I trust that the CFS backpack will keep all my stuff dry from brief submersions better than most kayaking/fishing/hiking dry bags with a top closure.

not just for the river...
Review by Madison (Staff)

Great for jetsetting too. I just used this pack for off-season travel. It was awesome in the airport - so comfy on my back, even when packed to the gills. The exterior pockets were convenient for the little things I wanted quick access to (lip balm, hand sanitizer, phone charger, etc.). It fit really nicely in the overhead compartments. And it's plenty burly so I was never worried about tossing it in the trunk, walking around in the rain, or even having to check it.

Best quiver addition
Review by LW - Staff

This bag is AWESOME, no doubt about that. I love the roll down top and the magnetic top closure is a nice added touch. I have yet to fully test the waterproofness and durability of this bag on the water, however I can't wait to. I plan on using this bag for any and all things river as well as camping and as a weekend travel bag. It's a great size and can fit an amazing amount of stuff, which as all Jackson locals know, is a must.
