fantastic lightweight shirt-jacket
Review by Bruce Mac

Had been watching this one for a while and when they finally got a large in the green camo back in stock I pulled the trigger. So glad I did! Well made, great fit and super light & comfy. The quilt stitching sets it apart and the orange inside is rad. I've received a handful of compliments and people wanting to know the brand, where I got it, etc. I'm not sure I'd necessarily layer with this in the snow, but it's perfect for cooler spring/fall outings or to stuff in a pack for a hike. I'm 5'11", just over 200lbs, have fairly broad shoulders and an athletic build--the large is perfect. It's cut fairly straight in the torso, but you don't look like a sack of potatoes with it buttoned up. Hoping they bring this back in a solid next year and I'll pick up another.

great jacket
Review by Allen Dennis

I own two in solid colors, don't care for the camo. One in large one in extra large, extra large is great to play golf in, you can layer and the SNAPS are perfect. Hope you do more solids next year.

Great jacket
Review by Edward Ravinsky

It's my new favorite jacket. Light as a feather and warm as toast. I bought a second one for my best friend's birthday.

Review by Chris, staff

The green camo with bright orange lining looks great. I wear this all the time and will be using as a mid layer under my ski jacket this winter. MD fit is spot on for me, 6' 170lbs. At first I was unsure how I would like the button up, but I haven't missed a zipper at all. Snap 2 buttons and I'm ready to roll.

Great Fall Jacket
Review by Ted

I've had the jacket for about a month. I love it. It's a great around town jacket in the fall. It's not too warm inside and it takes the edge off around town. It looks great. I'm 5'9, 195 and got a medium. It fits nicely under my ski jacket (Large environ), but I'm not sure if i'll use it for that yet. I wear it to and from work every day (business casual) and around town with jeans. I wore it putting up Christmas lights and had more than enough maneuverability. The pockets are big and I think the snaps look sharp.

I got one for my wife and now the only problem is we can't really wear them both at the same time.

Great Jacket - Multi-purpose
Review by TP

Great three season jacket - fall. winter and spring. Like a comfortable sweater, great for layering. Use for activities as well as throw on for when going out.

versatile & stylish
Review by Wavy Davy

This jacket is all kinds of awesome. I have been almost living in it since I got it. I live in Southern California, so the lightweight insulation is perfect for the cool nights and mornings here as well as being a great mid-layer on the mountain. Stylish alternative to wearing a puffy around town. Got it on sale--smokin' deal.

perfect layer
Review by ouzel

besides looking great, this is the perfect grab and go layer for spring or fall chill. an inside chest pocket would be nice, but that's a minor complaint.

Stylish & Warm Multi use Garment
Review by claylay

New to Stio (2nd purchase) but this piece has me sold. Lightweight but very warm. I could imagine wearing this camping or for a casual night out on the town. I don't think I will leave it at home for any trip. As noted in other reviews, this is certainly more jacket than shirt. I got the black and love the contrast of the Moroccan blue liner (although I wish the insignia on the back matched - it is a standard green). I am a little over 5'10" and 180 athletic build and medium fits perfectly. Given the sale price, this is a no brainer.

My "Go To" Jacket
Review by Joe

I have been wearing the Skycrest Jacket this past autumn. I have to say that this has become my "go to" jacket for...well, almost everything! It's just the right blend of weight, warmth and nice styling. Everyone who sees it/wears it, ends up loving it. I tip my hat to your development team. Did I happen to say it is awesome?!

This sees lots of use.
Review by Crawz

I'm very pleased with this jacket. Excellent warmth to weight ratio & highly packable. One of those 'no excuse not to have it along' items. The larger, deeper hand pockets are appreciated. They're positioned in just the right place. The chest pockets... to me these aren't really large enough to serve a useful function - beyond say carrying lip balm or some kleenex. I'm 5' 11" and 160. The M winds up being sized just right throughout. I appreciate the snap front as opposed to the ubiquitous zipper. Moroccan Blue is as pictured and to my eyes a handsome color. I think anyone would find it a versatile and useful piece. It's both a fine under and outer layer.

Amazing light weight shirt.
Review by Lectin

I have been using this "shirt" as a lightweight jacket. I wear it every day during the october/november months here in michigan. Average daily temp is from 60-35 . This snap insulates well at those temps and blocks heavy wind. It really is perfect (plus the quilted effect has caused multiple compliments on the jacket). I can't wait to use this as a base layer under my heavier clothes once the temps drop below 30F. For fit I am a big guy, 220lbs 6ft and the XL fits me with some room to spare.

Just the ticket
Review by Crawz

What a great, well conceived and practical piece. The cut of it is spot on for my 5' 11" 160 lb frame <in M.> No shoulder constriction. Long enough arm length. The hand pockets are plenty large enough and perfectly located. Doesn't get better than this warmth to weight ratio. So light and packable there's no excuse not to always bring it along. Great versatility and latitude in being an outer as well as an under layer. Also, perfect with a wool vest. Really like the fact that it's done with snaps rather than a zipper. Moroccan blue's a handsome color. > Wiener.

The jacket I have been searching for...
Review by Sean M.

This is one of those pieces that just doesn't get put away during the summer. Every day, work or play, this jacket is functional, fashionable, and so far, very reliable. The buttons look great and work very well, and the small touches and features of this simple jacket are awesome. True to fit, not too slim and not too baggy - I'm 6', 165 with a "normal" athletic build, and the medium is great.

Buy it
Review by Matt

Great jacket for layering on cold days or less chilly spring/fall days by itself. Fit was perfect with room to move but not baggy. I'm 6'1" and 190 lb and the large was spot on. Fabric takes abuse well, no snags after many walks in the winter woods. Bottom line: buy it, you won't be sorry.

Review by Patty

Fit and quality are awesome for my son Wish I would have purchased another one for other son Very functional

Lightweight/bomber product
Review by Andrew

Great outer layer on weather days around town, repels light rain/sleet, extra warmth for the colder Fall days, roomy enough for a flannel or base underneath. 6' 2" 180, Large is plenty big, Medium would fit snug with just a t shirt. Snap pockets fit iphone 5.
