An overshirt that hangs tough and draws backwoods character from double-brushed 300-gram organic cotton flannel in a custom Stio® yarn-dye plaid.

We built our burliest flannel to honor the caretakers who keep the fires stoked, the cordwood stacked and the pow slayed deep in iconic touring zones. For the rest of us, their namesake overshirt is tailor-made for cabin trips, spring shreds or waxing up the sticks in an unheated garage. Heavyweight by material, it draws its backwoods character from double-brushed, 300-gram organic cotton flannel in a custom Stio® yarn-dye plaid. Adjustable cuffs roll easy while a modified shirttail hem wears tucked in or left out.

Over 50% of our product line incorporates preferred materials, which include organic cotton, recycled materials and responsibly-sourced down. We are committed to growing our preferred materials usage to 75% by 2025 and to completely eliminating PFAS from our garments by 2025.

Our apparel is built to last. As a part of our efforts to reduce waste and keep more gear in the mountains where it belongs, our home-grown gear renewal program allows previously-used items to be traded in, cleaned, repaired and circulated back into use.
