Drawing inspiration from the passion that drives us to push ourselves in all of our alpine pursuits, we’ve shifted this flagship, year-round insulator to 100% recycled nylon as part of our ongoing effort to be accountable stewards of the outdoor places where we love to play. Around town or in the backcountry, this hooded jacket will stick with you in all seasons due to its lightweight packability and layerable warmth. HyperDRY™ 800-fill down delivers trusty warmth for minimal weight that layers easily under a shell or rolls comfortably on its own. A high-collar, halo-adjust storm hood enables clear peripheral vision, while the Pertex® Quantum ripstop exterior sheds moisture with an 80/20 DWR finish and a semi-gloss surface texture. Flat-front hem adjustment and an internal stow pocket streamline it for work or play.

Recycled Pertex® Quantum is built for maximum strength, while staying lightweight and soft without sacrificing resistance. Made with 20D nylon and a DWR finish, it's lightweight while still offering excellent wind resistance and water repellency. The shadow ripstop creates the look of traditional ripstop without the raised weave of the fabric resulting in a modern twist on a traditional outdoor fabric.

Materials

We are committed to building garments that are durable, timeless and continue to perform season after season. Over 50% of our product line incorporates preferred materials, which include organic cotton, recycled materials and responsibly-sourced down. We are committed to growing our preferred materials usage to 75% by 2025.

Trade-In Program

We believe a circular commerce system will design out waste and pollution, allowing for used clothing to be renewed and put back into use. Stio Second Turn™️ is our gear renewal program that allows customers to trade in and shop used apparel.
