Balance // Your Forests. Your Future.

By Stio Mountain on

As a mother, wife, farmer, Forest Service worker, and podcast host, Liz Townley found herself struggling to find balance in all of these roles. After experiencing the loss of a family member, Liz signed up for and was accepted to the Canyon de Chelly 50K Ultra Race. During her 500 miles of training, Liz was reminded of what public lands can do for the mind, body, and heart.

In this era of heightened divisiveness, "Balance" from Your Forests. Your Future. and Nahla Creative House conveys a poignant message regarding our public lands' capacity for peace and healing. To learn more about Your Forests. Your Future., check out their website at yourforestsyourfuture.org
