What online payment methods do you accept? Arrow Right

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Afterpay and Stio® gift cards. We do not accept prepaid gift cards.

How do I redeem a Stio® gift card? Arrow Right

To redeem a Stio® gift card online, enter the gift card code into the "Gift Card or Discount code" box upon checking out. If shopping at a Mountain Studio™ location, provide the code to the store associate upon checking out.

Do you offer price adjustments? Arrow Right

We do not offer price adjustments for sales, pricing changes, or otherwise.

Shipping

What shipping methods do you offer? Arrow Right

We offer Standard shipping, FedEx Ground®, FedEx 2Day®, and FedEx Overnight® for all U.S. orders, and FedEx International Economy® for orders shipping to Canada. For more information on our shipping methods and carriers, please visit our Shipping page.

How long will it take to receive my order? Arrow Right

Standard and FedEx Ground shipping generally take 5-10 business days to deliver after being shipped. Orders with FedEx 2Day or FedEx Overnight must be placed by 11:00AM MT on a business day in order to ship out that same day. Orders placed after 11:00AM MT will generally ship on the next business day. Please note that FedEx does not pick up or deliver shipments on weekends or holidays, so orders placed over the weekend can be expected to ship out on the next business day.

If your order has shipped but is taking longer than expected to deliver, please contact the carrier for details.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? Arrow Right

We sincerely hope that your Stio® product will accompany you in the epic and everyday moments of your daily life, but if it's not the right fit for you, returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days of the arrival date. Items must be clean, unworn, unwashed and unaltered with all original tags still attached. 

Items that may not be eligible for returns or exchanges include giveaway or promotional items, or items marked as All Sales Final. Please contact us if you are unsure about the eligibility of your return.

How can I return or exchange my online order? Arrow Right

You can return or exchange your online order through our website, or by visiting a Mountain Studio™. To initiate online, locate the order number on your confirmation email or receipt and then start your return or exchange through our return portal.

To ensure your returns are properly processed and refunded, please do not combine multiple orders into one return. Each order must be returned, packaged, and mailed back separately. Combined orders may cause delays in receiving your refund. If you are exchanging, you can read more about your options on our Returns & Exchanges page.

All Second Turn™ items must be returned by emailing us at secondturn@stio.com.

How can I return or exchange my in-store purchase? Arrow Right

Items purchased from a Mountain Studio™ can easily be exchanged or returned in-store. While in-store purchases cannot be returned or exchanged through our website's return portal at this time, you can contact us to receive a free return shipping label if you are not currently near a Mountain Studio™ location.

At Stio®, we believe a circular commerce system will design out waste and pollution, allowing for used clothing to be renewed and put back into the economy. We design clothes to last. Just because you're done with a jacket, doesn't mean it has to be done for good. We can take your gear back, and give it a second turn.
