Additionally, some shipping carriers are experiencing delays, causing return packages to not reach our warehouse within the typical timeframe. If you purchased in-store at a Stio Mountain Studio®, please contact the store from which you purchased to initiate your return. Store contact information can be found here.

My online order has a peel and stick label. Now what?
We are currently updating our return process. There is a chance you may have a peel and stick label included with your online order. If this is the case, you can affix the label to the exterior of your return package and drop it off at your nearest FedEx location. Our team will email you once the return is processed. If you would like to perform an exchange, please click here to complete the process.

Holiday Return & Exchange Information
If an order is placed on or after Friday October 23, 2020, it will be eligible for a return or exchange until January 15th or within 30 days from the ship date, whichever comes later.

Return Policy
We sincerely hope that your Stio product will accompany you in the epic and everyday moments of your daily life, but if it's not the right fit for you we will most certainly accept returns of clean, unworn, unwashed and unaltered items for a refund. Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Final sale items are not eligible for return. Items received through a promotion may be ineligible for return. Eligibility will be outlined within the promotion's rules & regulations.
