Return Policy
We sincerely hope that your Stio® product will accompany you in the epic and everyday moments of your daily life, but if it's not the right fit for you, returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days of the arrival date. Items must be clean, unworn, unwashed and unaltered with all original tags still attached.Â
Items that may not be eligible for returns or exchanges include giveaway or promotional items, or items marked as All Sales Final. Please contact us if you are unsure about the eligibility of your return.

Making a return is easy and free! Locate the order number on your confirmation email or receipt, then start your return or exchange through our online return portal. Please drop off your return/exchange at FedEx within 15 days or it will be canceled. If that happens, you can continue by starting a new return.
To ensure your returns are properly processed and refunded, please do not combine multiple orders into one return. Each order must be returned, packaged, and mailed back separately. Combined orders may cause delays in receiving your refund.Â

Online Order Exchanges or Gift Exchanges
Two types of exchanges are available.
Even Exchange: Exchange for a different size or color of the same product.
Uneven or “Shop Now” Exchange: Exchange an item for a different product(s).Â
With either type, your exchange order will ship at the time you drop your return off at the carrier.
How To Start An Uneven or “Shop Now” Exchange: Visit our return portal. Input your order number, and select the button “Return Item or Shop Now With Store Credit.” Follow the prompts to select the option to “Shop Now” instead of receiving a refund.
Then, you will be redirected to our homepage and a gift card will be applied at checkout equal to the value of the item(s) being returned.
If the value of the new items you are exchanging for is greater than the value of the items being returned, you will be prompted to enter payment information to cover the difference. If the value of the new items you are exchanging for is less than the value of the items being returned, you will receive a refund for the difference once we receive your returned items.
Once you have completed the checkout on your Shop Now exchange, you will receive an email with a return label for the item(s) being returned. Please drop off your exchange at FedEx within 5 days, otherwise your reserved inventory will be released and your Shop Now exchange will be canceled. If that happens, you can continue by starting a new exchange.
Note: You may only apply one type of exchange per order. If you would like to do both, please initiate separate exchanges for the item(s) and mail in the items in separate packaging with the applicable return label on each.

Items purchased from a Mountain Studio™ can easily be exchanged or returned in-store. While in-store purchases cannot be returned or exchanged through our website's return portal at this time, you can contact us to receive a free return shipping label if you are not currently near a Mountain Studio™ location.

Return Timeline
Once you drop your return package off with the carrier, please allow 5-10 business days for your return package to arrive at our warehouse. You will receive an automatic email notification once it has been received. After it has arrived, up to an additional 10 business days will be required for processing. You will receive an automatic email notification confirming that the processing has been completed and your refund has been initiated.
Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take up to an additional 10 business days from the processing date for the refund to post to your bank account.
Possible Delays
Some shipping carriers may be experiencing delays causing return packages to not reach our warehouse within the typical 5-10 business day timeframe. Please follow your return tracking number for details.
