Gear That Lasts

We design clothes to last. Just because you're done with a jacket, doesn't mean it has to be done for good. We can take your gear back, and give it a second turn.

About Trade-In
Items that qualify for Trade-In will receive up to 25% of the original retail value.
Step 1: Gather
Gather up to ten of your gently used Stio items. We accept Stio apparel that is in good shape and functions perfectly.
Condition

Excellent:

Practically new; likely never worn outside

Great:

Trail-tested a few times; minor wear visible

Good:

Used for a season; visible wear

Step 2: Send In
Mail in your items with the prepaid shipping label provided during trade-in or return them at one of our retail stores. You’ll receive the prepaid label once you fill out the trade-in form.**
Step 3: Receive Reward
Give us about 2-4 weeks to receive and process your items. After we receive and process your items, we will email you a unique credit that can be used for purchase at Stio.com or at any of our Mountain Studio locations.

  • Only items that meet or exceed our “Good” standard outlined will be accepted for trade-in
  • Items submitted for trade-in must be in good condition and function perfectly
  • Items submitted for trade-in credit will not be returned to the customer for any reason
  • Stio reserves the right to refuse any items submitted for trade-in for any reason
  • A valid email address is required to receive trade-in credit
  • Please refer to our Terms of Service page for additional information
Trade-In

Items must be in excellent to lightly worn condition, with no major rips, holes, tears, missing buttons or snaps, broken zippers, alterations, stains, odors, or pet hair. We do not accept: Swimwear, co-branded items, accessories (hats, scarves, beanies, socks, bags & packs), t-shirts, underwear, baselayers or any products under $50 MSRP.
