COVID-19 Potential Shipping Delays
Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping timelines may be delayed due to COVID-19 precautions being taken at our warehouse. Our carriers are maintaining normal delivery operations, however some packages may experience delays due to increased package volume. Please contact us with any questions.  

Standard Shipping
Orders receive FREE standard shipping with products in cart over $99. Orders under $99 will be charged an $8 Standard Shipping Fee. Please choose the standard shipping option during checkout, or call 800-265-7846 to receive this offer by phone. Standard Shipping carriers are automatically chosen and can ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS expecting to deliver in 5-10 business days once you receive your shipment confirmation. 

FedEx Ground $8 Shipping
If you wish to guarantee that your order ships via FedEx ground please choose this option. FedEx Ground orders will deliver in 3-5 business days once you receive your shipment confirmation.

FedEx 2 Day $32 Shipping
Shipments will deliver 2 business days after the ship date. Orders placed before 11am MT will ship same-day; orders placed after noon MT will ship the following day. Express shipments do not deliver on Saturdays unless otherwise requested beforehand.

FedEx Overnight $50 Shipping
Shipments will deliver 1 business day after the ship date. Orders placed before 11am MT will ship same-day; orders placed after noon MT will ship the following day. Express shipments do not deliver on Saturdays unless otherwise requested beforehand.
Shipping within the United States & Canada
Stio ships via FedEx and USPS within the United States. Orders to Canada will be shipped via $65 flat-rate FedEx International Economy®. This rate covers duty, taxes, handling and freight.

Live in a Mountain Town?
We know life in a mountain town can be tricky with USPS! Stio ships via FedEx or USPS. Our warehouse ships quickly and to avoid any shipping delays or returned packages, please provide both a PO Box and physical address if you do not receive USPS to your home.

Is your order in “Pre-Shipment?”
Don’t worry! Your order is on it’s way. On occasion, USPS will not update the tracking for your package. Your order will still arrive within 5-10 business days. Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses To arrange a shipment to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or international destinations (other than Canada), please contact the Customer Experience Team at 800-265-7846.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Stio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked delivered by our shipping partners. Please ensure your address is secure for delivery.
