Our standard shipping option is free for orders over $49, or $10 for orders under $49. Standard shipping carriers are automatically chosen from USPS, FedEx, OnTrac, DHL or UPS. This option generally takes 5-10 business days to deliver after being shipped. Carrier delays can extend this timeframe - if your order is taking longer than expected to deliver, please contact the carrier for details.

FedEx Ground® Shipping
Our FedEx Ground® shipping option is $10 for all orders. Selecting this option ensures that your order will be shipped via FedEx, as opposed to other Standard shipping carriers. This option generally takes 5-10 business days to deliver after being shipped. Carrier delays can extend this timeframe. If your order is taking longer than expected to deliver, please contact FedEx for details.
Our 2-Day shipping option is $35 for all orders. The shipping carrier for 2-Day orders is automatically chosen from FedEx or OnTrac. Orders must be placed by 11:00AM MT on a business day in order to ship out that same day. Orders placed after 11:00AM MT will generally ship on the next business day. Please note that our carriers do not pick up or deliver shipments on weekends, so orders placed over the weekend can be expected to process the next business day, and will generally ship within 24 hours of processing. Shipments can be expected to deliver 2 business days after the ship date. Carrier delays can extend this timeframe. If your order is taking longer than expected to deliver, please contact the carrier listed in your tracking information for further details.

FedEx Overnight® Shipping
Our FedEx Overnight® shipping option is $55 for all orders. Orders must be placed by 11:00AM MST on a business day in order to ship out that same day. Orders placed after 11:00AM MST will generally ship on the next business day. Please note that our carriers do not pick up or deliver shipments on weekends, so orders placed over the weekend can be expected to process the next business day, and will generally ship within 24 hours of processing. Shipments can be expected to deliver 1 business day after the ship date. FedEx delays can extend this timeframe. Shipping to Canada
All orders to Canada will be shipped via $65 flat-rate FedEx International Economy®. This rate covers duty, taxes, handling and freight.

Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

Stio automatically adds a flat fee of $1.85 for Parcel Protection to each order. This covers any package that is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Stio Parcel Protection cannot be retroactively purchased post-checkout. Once purchased, this fee is non-refundable. Customers may choose to opt out from this protection by de-selecting the Parcel Protection coverage during checkout. If a customer opts out from this coverage, they also waive responsibility from Stio and limit their resolutions in the event their parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. A package is considered lost in transit if there are no new tracking scans after 10 business days. A package is also considered lost if it is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer after 3 business days from the marked delivery date. Â
Parcel Protection covers the value of an order up to $2,000. In the event of an approved claim, Stio will replace any lost, stolen or damaged items, should inventory allow, or issue a refund for the purchase price of any lost, stolen or damaged items up to $2,000. Stio reserves the right to deny any claim for any reason including, but not limited to, suspected abuse, fraud or acts of bad faith on part of the customer. Parcel Protection claims may only be made within 30 days of the shipment date. Claims made after this deadline may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Stio Parcel Protection is not available for Returns, Exchanges or International Orders. In the event that your Return, Exchange or International Order was lost, damaged or stolen, please contact Customer Experience at customerexperience@stio.com. Discount codes are not applicable to the Parcel Protection fee.Â
