The ideal candidate has 2-3 years technical outerwear and/ or performance apparel development experience, can demonstrate knowledge of construction, patterning, fit and finish, excellent communication skills, a high level of computer skills including proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite & Microsoft Office, and can work at a fast pace. The primary responsibilities of the Product Developer include timely and quality development of the Stio® outerwear product range. The Product Developer works closely with the Senior Product Manager as well as the customer facing departments to drive commercialization of the product line from initial concept to final specifications for bulk production. As an integral member of the Stio® team, the Product Developer will develop innovative, versatile, quality product with a passion for the details.

  • Create and manage marketing materials for season changes including line dive docs, seasonal workbooks, hangtags, retail assets, etc.
  • Contribute to and manage product descriptions and naming process
  • Assist with product videos through script writing and on-set styling
  • Coordinate seasonal on-model photoshoots
  • Maintain and track photo samples, keep photo kits organized and samples secure
  • Coordinate product orders for marketing needs through Netsuite
