Description

As the Digital Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility is the driving of customer acquisition and revenue for the ecommerce channel. This position manages the digital direct response marketing mix at Stio, including paid social, paid search, retargeting, affiliate advertising, SEO, and others. The DMM manages and is responsible for the performance of in house, agency and contract partners doing the day to day work on the advertising platforms. As an integral member of the marketing team, you will develop strategies to drive site visitation, conversion and repeat purchase at Stio.com, and have an impact on the site’s experience, merchandising and related success metrics. The DMM is a critical, analytical thinker, self-starter and collaborator with excellent written and oral communication skills. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital direct response acquisition marketing and e-commerce
  • Expertise in digital customer acquisition strategies and tactics
  • Expertise in direct response and e-commerce metrics
  • Expertise in e-commerce website experience best practices
  • Expertise in e-commerce analytics, including Google Analytics or similar
  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms, including Google Adwords, DoubleClick, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google products

Female Fit Model (Size MD) - Part Time

Stio® is seeking Part-Time female fit models. Successful candidates will work with our product developers in Fit sessions by trying on garments at all stages of production. Fit models act as human mannequins allowing our product team to fit clothing on the human body in active positions in order to achieve Stio® fit standards. Fit models also aid in the development of new garments by providing feedback on the fit, feel, and construction of the prototypes.

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidates have an athletic build
  • Ability to stand for up to 1 1/2 hours
  • Flexible schedule
  • Please note that this position is for fit modeling and not for photo modeling
  • Models must be available for weekly fit model sessions. Duration of fit sessions may vary from 1/2 hour to 1 1/2 hours
