Review by Matt West

Out of the box, these are super comfortable and look to be made REALLY well. I'm 6'2", 190 lbs and I didn't trust the sizing guide! I usually wear XL, so that's what I ordered and they were WAY too big around the waist. I returned them and got the L, which are perfect. Moral: TRUST THE SIZE GUIDE! Might need to wait for next year to give a true performance report as there are probably only a few backcountry days left for me... The only suggestion I would make is that it might be nice to be able to cinch the waist a BIT. The suspenders work fine, but I could see a really tall thin dude swimming in the waist with no way to adjust. But for me... perfect.

Love these!
Review by Matt

These are tough and durable but comfortable. I'm 6'3", 205 lbs with a 36" waist. I usually take size XL, but the online size guide is correct, and large was the right size for me. Was fortunate enough to get them at 20% off, and are so far worth every penny! Probably my favorite piece of ski clothing right now.

Amazing, Solid, Trustworthy
Review by W. Kim

I have been wearing the Environ Bib for the winter 2017-18 season so far, in the PNW. Given the variety of weather (wet, cold, windy), these bibs handled it all. One thing I need from my gear is to trust it in all environments. Our winter started cold, switched to mild/wet, and just turned it back up to cold and snowy! Given the variety of weather conditions and uses (front-country, back-country), I've come to trust these bibs. They are protective, durable and comfortable to wear.

I originally purchased these for our Search and Rescue operations and will have no problems wearing these for future rescues as I have total trust in the protection is already has provided. I was recently in a 65+ mph snow storm for a couple days and these pants handled it all - great breathability, total wind protection and no zipper failures. Solid.

Best ski bibs I’ve ever had

Careful on size
Review by Bryan

Great design, high-quality and warm. I am 190 / 5-11 / 33” waistband and the medium was a little big.

Bomber gear
Review by Perfect Day

I am 6' and the medium Environ bibs (split pea) fit perfectly. Right length in the legs, waist fits perfectly around my waist (33"). While skiing all day, I never notice these pants as movement is so unrestricted. Really dig these bibs and my Environ Jacket too. The features are really great too, pockets, drop seat, etc. quality of construction is fantastic. I was fortune to purchase during favorable holiday pricing which was nice.

Review by Ross

Fit great!! I'm 5'9" and 165lbs and the small fits perfect. It is hard to find the full zip on the sides these days so I appreciate that. I'll check back in during the winter to give a full review on the performance.

One of the nicest ski pants I have owned. Very high quality with a forgiving fit. The features on the pant are outstanding and extremely functional. I look forward to testing them on the mountain very soon.

Best Ski Pants I have owned
Review by SkitheWasatch

I purchased the Mango/Orange bibs last year. I waited to long to get the Black in my size -- medium. I immediately ordered a black pair this year when they became available. Why? First, quality construction and attention to detail. Second, because these are best ski pants/bibs I have ever owned. I love the fact the bibs only go about navel height and not up to the chest. The straps are easy to adjust. The fit is spot on and I love the stretch to the material. I am 5 11 and 180lbs and the mediums fit perfect.
On very cold chair lift days, I stayed warmer than my prior top end ski pants made by Patagonia. The full side zips allowed me to dump heat on warmer days or if needed when boot packing out to Baldy, etc, the drop seat function is convenient, and the two hand pockets are easy to access and use. One negative is the pocket over the knee. I do not like the pocket over the knee area because anything I put in there bumps up against my leg/knee or makes that part of the pants bulky in a weird way. The bibs have been completely weather proof even on wet snowy days in the spring. I am now a happy owner of the bibs in black and in orange/mango from last year. Until these bibs wear out, I am set -- which based on the quality of construction should be a long time.

Almost the perfect bibs
Review by Dave

I've now used these on 2 trips and have been fortunate to have been in thigh deep pow on both trips. The bibs fit great and are extremely comfortable. My only suggestion for improvement is to add a two way double zipper for the fly. This would allow for peeing without having to undo my jacket and vest to get to the fly. The drop seat feature works great. I am such a fan of the bibs, I am going to purchase the Environ jacket for next season.

So good, I bought another pair

Perfect Fit, great colors and super durable. After four weeks of constant wear, they still look new. No nicks, bubbling or abrasion. Great Stuff.

Awesome ski pant!
Review by Brad

I have used these pants on some of the coldest days at the ski resort and during long back country outings on warmer days. They are perfect for all types of weather and I am extremely happy I purchased these before the season.

Companion to the Jacket
Review by bdogg62

Living and working in the mountains I spend countless hours in my shells. Both jacket and pants/bibs are essential. I prefer bibs and the Environ is a new take on an old standard. They blend the differnce between pants w/ suspenders and true bibs well. The fit is supurb which is key; too though is the quality of material and construction. I have pretty much been living in my Environ shells this season and I am more than thrilled with their overall performance and feel.
