How do you create balance in your daily life?

Balance is always a struggle for me and often something I only find when I zoom out and look at life in longer timeframes. My life is often obsessively focused, but over the course of several months those goals and projects create a natural balance.

What is a bucket list activity you have yet to do or a place that you have yet to go?

Antarctica!

What is your go-to workout music?

I'm a big fan of hearing nature when I'm outside but I do have a cheesy 80's ballad to pump me up: No Easy Way Out - Robert Tepper. From one of the Rocky movies, of course

What is a piece of advice you would give to someone who wants to pursue a life of mountain sports and adventures?

Find a friend who can help you get started—most of these equipment-heavy sports are incredibly complicated to get started. Having a friend who knows the ropes (literally) can be a godsend and save you time, money and lots of mistakes.
