Stio values align with me because both the environment and getting outside matter. Protecting the environment is so important for me and future generations.

How do you create balance in your daily life?

I find balance in my daily life by getting outside. Skiing and raft guiding give me motivation to get life tasks done. Finding a balance between life and play is important for me to keep a positive attitude.

What is a bucket list activity you have yet to do or a place that you have yet to go?

A bucket list place for me to visit is Iceland.

I love listening to music while doing activities. One of my favorite songs is Dangerous - Oliver Remix.

What is a piece of advice you would give to someone who wants to pursue a life of mountain sports and adventures?

Enjoy being outside, and friendship is key.
