As the universal dress code of mountain life, we can’t resist buttoning into flannel as soon as the first frost hits—but we also can’t resist transforming it to get even more time in the fabric we love. Designed for the many modes of cold days, this overshirt keeps the natural comfort and casual styling we love about flannel, with a spacious fit that can do the work of a light jacket. Knee-length, heavyweight organic cotton fabric keeps out the cold and hands hang cozily in the extra-large side pockets. High-cut side panels create room to move while walking, while tortoise-style buttons and a Western back yoke evoke the roots of our hometown. Layer it over leggings, fleece—or even with another flannel.

We are committed to building garments that are durable, timeless and continue to perform season after season. After years of research, testing and product development, in 2024 we completely removed PFAS from all of our newly developed products. We remain committed to growing our Preferred Materials usage, which includes organic cotton, recycled materials and responsibly-sourced down and wool, to 75% by the end of 2025.

Our apparel is built to last. As a part of our efforts to reduce waste and keep more gear in the mountains where it belongs, our home-grown gear renewal program allows previously-used items to be traded in, cleaned, repaired and circulated back into use.
