What distinguishes ours is certified responsible HyperDRY™ 800-fill RDS down and the Pinion’s shift to 100% recycled nylon as part of our ongoing effort to be accountable stewards of the outdoor places where we love to play. This packable, layerable jacket provides premium loft yet won’t wet out due to the feathers’ fill-level treatment. The shadow ripstop sheds light weather from the surface. A longer cut than our Pinion Down Sweater, the design features narrow-channel baffles and a flat-front hem for a slightly fitted, flattering shape. The halo-adjust, full-vision hood quickly warms up any outdoor escape from cold mornings in camp and unexpected mountain town chills.

Pertex® Quantum is built for maximum strength, while staying lightweight and soft without sacrificing resistance. Made with 20D nylon and a DWR finish, it's lightweight while still offering excellent wind resistance and water repellency. The shadow ripstop creates the look of traditional ripstop without the raised weave, resulting in a modern twist on a traditional outdoor fabric.
