A lightweight, weather-resistant hoodie with 800-fill HyperDRY™ down features a kangaroo pocket that stuffs down to the perfect camp pillow. Now designed with 100% recycled nylon to deliver the same windstopping performance for weathering the mountain life you love, in more responsible materials.

Combining premium technical materials with a laid-back yet flattering style, the Pinion Pullover is perfect for cool nights in camp and unexpected mountain town chills. Drawing inspiration from the passion that drives us to push ourselves in all of our alpine pursuits, we’ve shifted this flagship, year-round insulator to 100% recycled nylon as part of our ongoing effort to be accountable stewards of the outdoor places where we love to play. Featuring a lightweight, abrasion- and weather-resistant Pertex Quantum® ripstop shell, the Pinion Pullover packs in lightweight warmth thanks to its responsibly-sourced 800-fill HyperDRY™ water-repellent down. The front kangaroo pocket keeps hands warm while relaxing around the campfire or strolling downtown for cocktails, and the front zippered pocket doubles as a stuff sack and turns the jacket into a soft, comfy camp pillow.

Recycled Pertex Quantum®, 20 Denier Shadow Ripstop, 100% Recycled Nylon, 37g/m2 with PFC Free DWR Finish

Pertex Quantum® is built for maximum strength, while staying lightweight and soft without sacrificing resistance. Made with 20D nylon and a DWR finish, it's lightweight while still offering excellent wind resistance and water repellency. The shadow ripstop creates the look of traditional ripstop without the raised weave, resulting in a modern twist on a traditional outdoor fabric.

ALLIED's newest water resistant technology, HyperDRY™ results from years of research and development. Proprietary nanotechnology treatments create the longest lasting water resistant down on the market, meaning you stay warm longer in the wettest of conditions. As a bluesign® approved textile, it has met the most stringent of sustainable production standards.

Materials

We are committed to building garments that are durable, timeless and continue to perform season after season. Over 50% of our product line incorporates preferred materials, which include organic cotton, recycled materials and responsibly-sourced down. We are committed to growing our preferred materials usage to 75% by 2025 and to completely eliminating PFAS from our garments by 2025.

Our apparel is built to last. As a part of our efforts to reduce waste and keep more gear in the mountains where it belongs, our home-grown gear renewal program allows previously-used items to be traded in, cleaned, repaired and circulated back into use.
