    Shipping within the United States

    Stio ships via FedEx and USPS.

    Shipping to Canada

    Stio ships via $65 flat-rate FedEx International Economy®. This rate covers duty, taxes, handling and freight.

    Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

    Shipping Timelines

    Standard Shipping orders will deliver in 5-10 business days.

    FedEx 2Day® shipments will deliver 2 business days after the ship date. Orders placed before 1 PM MT will ship same-day; orders placed after 1 PM MT will ship the following day.

    FedEx Overnight® shipments will deliver 1 business day after the ship date. Orders placed before 1 PM MT will ship same-day; orders placed after 1 PM MT will ship the following day.

    Life is complicated enough, so we’ll keep it simple. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All Stio products are fully warranted to the original owner against manufacturers’ defects in materials & workmanship. Should you find a defect in a product you purchased upon delivery, please contact the Customer Experience Team.

    Return Policy

    We sincerely hope that your Stio product will accompany you throughout your daily life, but if it’s not the right fit for you we will most certainly accept returns of clean, unworn, unwashed and unaltered items for a refund. Returns must be made within 60 days of the purchase date. A processing fee of $6.95 is applied to all returned orders. Performing an exchange for a new item is free. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

    Return Instructions

    STEP 1: Locate the Order Number on your Stio Packing Slip.

    STEP 2: Write the Order Number on the outside of the return package.

    STEP 3: Affix the free shipping label to the return package.

    STEP 4: Drop the return package off at a mailing facility or drop-off box.

    Missing Return Label

    Please call the Customer Experience Team to issue a new return label 1-800-265-7846. If you wish to return on your own please send to:

    Please note all returns include a $6.95 processing fee.


    Please contact the Customer Experience Team to exchange an item for a different size or color. There is no shipping charge for performing an exchange.

    Price Adjustments

    Stio is happy to honor price adjustments on full-price merchandise within seven days of the mail-order ship date. Items bought at a discounted price are not eligible for price adjustments. Promotions or sales cannot be combined.


    Please note that StioSphere members do not qualify for shipping promotions and alternative discounts. All returns will be charged a flat fee of $20.00.
