I firmly believe in sustainability and Stio is a huge advocate for sustainable practices. We both believe that being outside soothes the soul.

How do you create balance in your daily life?

My life definitely revolves around the mountains. I am either working or recreating in them 9/10 of the year. To balance, I always make sure to find time with my family and friends and do activities other than mountain sports.

What is a bucket list activity you have yet to do or a place that you have yet to go?

Patagonia.

What is your go-to workout music?

Electronic or rap, whatever gets me pumped up and stoked!

What is a piece of advice you would give to someone who wants to pursue a life of mountain sports and adventures?

Ask many questions, and learn from experts for safe techniques.
