In his early career, Max was a highly competitive ski racer. He was dedicated to the sport and competed on the collegiate NCAA Division I circuit with Plymouth State University. His technical skills from his racing career translated to his style of big mountain skiing. His approach to lines are calculated, smooth, and fast. Max believes that the mountains one of life’s most powerful teachers. He is passionate about sharing the lessons that he has learned through the mountains and hopes to be a source for those looking for inspiration or motivation.
When Max is not on the mountain he is operating his personal training business. He uses a mix of his experience as an athlete and his B.S. in Exercise and Sport Physiology to help the Jackson community stay healthy and to motivate those looking to make positive changes in their life.

Life Motto: There are no bad days, just bad attitudes
What's the most rewarding part of being a life coach and personal trainer?
It takes a lot of trust and hard work to improve yourself. Getting to watch the process of the small incremental week-to-week change to become stronger, healthier, and happier is certainly one of the most rewarding parts of the job.
What has been your all-time best day on the mountain?
That’s a tough question. I’m not sure if I have an all-time best day, I’ve been fortunate to have a lot of really good days on the mountain. However, if there was a recipe to have a best day on the mountain it would consist of a splash of powder, a healthy dosing of blue sky, and some good friends to share it with.
What does "Let The Outside In" mean to you?
I have a deep appreciation for the outdoors. I feel that being outside is a chance for us to learn from our environment and the people that we share it with. It is a place to be humbled and to ground yourself in a world that is always moving fast. When I let the outside in, I am the truest version of myself and can find simplicity when things seem chaotic.
